Exceptional Promotion Applications
Characters with the ability "Exceptional Promotion" are able to advance (skip) a year through experience, study, or their parents shmoozing the right teacher.
This ability only takes effect at the start of the school year after you purchase this ability. For example, if you purchased this ability in April 2020, your character would finish that school year as normal, and then in September 2020 the ability would take effect, and they would advance an extra year.
This change must be made manually by a staff member and must have a brief IC justification.
